For example, when baking a pizza, you can set the bottom heaters at full power and the top heaters at 30% to achieve a crispy crust and perfectly melted cheese toppings.
The Integrated Smart Digital Thermometer takes the guesswork out of cooking. Once you set the desired doneness temperature, the oven constantly monitors the internal temperature of your food and automatically ends the cooking process when the target temperature is reached.
